The head company deals with the commercial, administrative and financial aspects of the Group.

SAFO Sistemi Srl
The founding centre of the Group started operating since 1981, offering outsourcing administrative services on the Italian market. Its core speciality is concentrated in the automotive field focusing on fines management obtained as a result of violations of the Highway Code on behalf of car rental firms and large companies’ fleets.

SAFO Informatica Srl
It offers ICT (Information Communication Technology) Services on the Italian market related to planning, realization and management of hardware and software solutions. It also deals with the functioning and development of the Group’s ICT structure.

Founded in order to offer our clients specialised and qualified services in the insurance field.

SAFO Dynamic Srl

SAFO UK Limited
Offers administrative services in outsourcing on the British market, its main business is especially dedicated to car hire companies, focusing on fines management.

SAFO Group Romania Srl
Its mission is to promote and deliver the entire range of solutions and services of the Group in the emergent Rumanian and Balkan markets. It supports SAFO Informatica in the production of sofware products and SAFO Sistemi with administrative services on the Italian market.
